Self-leveling Cements

When self-leveling, we go through the entire area and measure all high and low spots to ensure when we pour the cement that the final product will be a flat floor. Self-leveling cement has a viscosity similar to that of pancake batter and then a gauge rake is used to move it into place without spreading it too thin to ensure that the floor is flat and smooth to be either a finished floor or to receive a floor covering.
